Easy and painless process. Professional and knowledgeable staff. I went there looking at a Corolla Cross but on a whim test drove a RAV4. Ended up buying the RAV4. Loved both vehicles. Will definitely buy there again and again. Highly recommend.

Quick note - I left a bracelet my son had made me hanging from the rear view mirror of the vehicle I had traded in. Didn’t even realize it until I got home & saw it hanging from the rear view mirror of the vehicle I had just purchased. I so appreciated the attention to detail & the fact that someone took the time to grab it!
